Hi! My name is Kelley Mason, founder and designer of the Kozy Carrier. I was inspired to create the Kozy after seeing a picture of an Asian Mei Tai on the Internet several years ago.

Though many carriers have been introduced online since I made my first one, the overall design of the Kozy, plus its features and extras, still sets it apart from most of the others. The Kozy's greatest design feature is probably its versatility, as it can be worn on your front, side, or back. Also, the Kozy offers great value, since it can be used from birth through toddlerhood.

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. You may return your Kozy (unwashed and in good condition) for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price less a $5 restocking fee. The tote bag is yours to keep.
We warrant the workmanship against defects for six (6) months from the date you receive your Kozy. We will repair or replace at our discretion. We do not offer partial refunds. This warranty applies to the original owner only and is nontransferable.
Should you wish to exchange your Kozy for a different fabric, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. However, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping of your Kozy and the shipping of your new Kozy.
